Griffin Morgan.  The book has been well-reviewed by legal professionals and has been adopted by a number of paralegal programs nationwide. Also available at Amazon.com, the book is not just a primary workers’ compensation text, but provides essential information applicable to the management of any civil case involving bodily or personal injuries, including how to organize, review and summarize medical records; conduct a substantive and meaningful review of medical and factual evidence; and prepare for mediations and hearings.
