One of the easiest basic work wear combinations is a dressy tee and a pencil skirt. You can accessorize with jewelry or scarves for a variety of looks. ReplyDeleteLove the first and the last one. I live for the 'dressy tee' and the similar sleeveless version. My fav dressy tee is from Ann Taylor (thrifted) so I think you're on the right track.
ReplyDeleteI'm increasingly drawn to Ann Taylor's clothes. I used to wear them all the time in my 30s. They can be pricey new, but they are a good investment (I had some skirts for 20 years) and are really a fabulous deal thrifted.

ReplyDeleteCurtise, I bet you'd look great in an asymetrical teee. You're tall and have a terrific figure. I think these kinds of loose shirts look best when paired with slim bottoms, and if they are well cut and made out of a good fabric, are likely pretty figure-forgiving :)
