Today's Quote: Paralegal Jobs Are Safe from New Law School Graduates

"As part of our current deferral package, all of you who have received offers from us are eligible to start working at the firm no later than seventy-two (72) months from the date of your law school graduation. During that time, we require that you refrain from applying for jobs as lawyers, legal assistants, receptionists, or back-office staff at any peer firms." ~ Matt Farmer, Senior Staff Writer for the University of Virginia School of Law's weekly newspaper, Virginia Law Weekly, spoofs a BigLaw associate deferral letter to 3Ls in "We're All Very Excited for You to Join the Firm".

Well, maybe not so much.
