Paralegal Student Nominated for GOAL Award

Kathleen Rizer, a student at Middle Georgia Technical College's Paralegal Studies program, is one of 14 students to be nominated by instructors for the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL), “a statewide program of the Technical College System of Georgia which honors excellence in academics and leadership among the state’s technical college students.” The nominees will move forward to a preliminary judging round later this spring, with two finalists competing for the state title in May. “The state winner will serve as an ambassador for technical education in Georgia over the course of the next year.”
